We have been with NOW Technologies for years and have always been happy with their service. All of their techs are well qualified and knowledgeable. There has never been an issue they couldn't resolve.

Outside of that, the best part of their company to us is the fact that they don't have that "big company" feel. When we contact them, we are contacting an actual person, not a bot that puts us in a Helpdesk Que. I email or call the same person and within moments I have a response and typically a resolution shortly there after. They come out to us on a moment's notice or they are able to resolve it remotely.

They really have made us feel like we are their priority customer and I have no doubt they provide that same personal service to all their customers. So you would not go wrong as a company closing their service, it is definitely a premier service at a reasonable cost.
