Unfortunately I (I am extremely sorry for the unfortunate choice, which I evidently will not repeat) signed a long-term rental agreement for a car. I would never have imagined such a total and bleak absence of management capacity and above all good will in terms of customer care (excluding Mr. S.N ***): non-existent punctuality, confused information, rudeness and arrogance, gross and repeated errors, arrogance. All this for a trivial seasonal tire replacement operation in the dealership in via F. Testi.
