The dealer did great with our first car to buy, but the shop (mechanics) service was kinda not professional. We have to wait for 2 LONG hours just for replace tires. Wasted out time to wait in the lounge. Nobody come out to let us know how long to wait and until the time almost end of time of my car a fix done. That would easily done within 45 min! While we wait in the lounge, theres 3-4 people ahead of us, so couple people after us ALREADY done before us, that s not ok, seriously. That why i have to put down as 1 star.
