Very poor hospitality. They booked for our group but failed to deliver on various counts. Rooms were alloted on triple sharing basis but only two cots were there. Had to call around six times then the extra cot came.

During food service, items used to vanish and remain unavailable thereafter. They were ill prepared to serve.

Air Conditioner got switched off during conference. People were sweating by the end.
