I didn't have a great experience the last tie I tried to trade/sell here. However I tried again today, thinking maybe last time was just a one time thing, and I was sadly just as unimpressed as the last time. The employees were really kind and did truly do their best to explain the "new" process of selling, but it is honestly ridiculous. You have to read three different pages just to figure out that you have to physically write out "check bag" or something like that to have each item individually priced. Come on guys, that is not a good and ethical business strategy. You're making it difficult. The last time I went in I didn't read the THRID page close enough and they put my items out on the floor before I agreed on the price....that is not an honest way of going about this. You're purposefully making this hard. If you cared about people understanding your process, I would put a place for a check mark.

I want to be very clear, this review has nothing to do with the pricing of any items, they offered me an ok deal on my clothes, but I decided to walk with my items because I'd rather support another company.

Beau Monde, you are literally dependent on people like me and our clothing. I would not be surprised if this company fails pretty soon, because I, and the people I share my opinion and experience with, will be going to Plato's Closet instead. I used to love this place for its effort to help community as much as themselves, but wow, things have really changed and I will not be back.
