Everyone at the Birmingham Family YMCA is super nice and helpful. They know me by name and make an effort to say "hi" anytime I'm in. The classes that I go to, Barre with Danielle and Cycle with Teri are very well taught. Clean facility. Well maintained machines and weights. The weight room gets a little crowded sometimes, but there's always a treadmill free.
