Triliji Group does not listen to or care about owner or resident concerns. I own a condo at Casablanca Condominiums in Waco near Baylor University that Triliji Group manages. After serving as a board member for my HOA at Casablanca Condominiums since 2015, I finally had enough of dealing with Triliji's unprofessional attitude and apathetic demeanor and decided to step down from my role this past September. The owners who attend meetings of the HOA and actually make a point to give of their time and participate in making the community a better place to live are blatantly talked down to and ignored by members of the Triliji office staff. Communication with this company is extremely difficult. Office workers will hang up the phone on you and then tell you that you called the wrong number to begin with when the telephone number is clearly provided on Google. Residents who live on the property and have legitimate concerns are ignored in favor of out of town owners and investors. They make everything sound good on paper and promise the world during HOA meetings, but once those meetings are over, you as an owner will be totally forgotten and any attempt to communicate with this management company or get anything done will be like jumping over the Great Wall of China. They simply don't care.
