I needed to find my center again and had tried multiple establishments but Tribal Yoga has definently made me feel welcome, relaxed, and able to re center when I am ready! I did the evening heated class, my Instructor was Steven, he did an awesome job in my opinion of leading the class, not involved in all the moves but guiding with his voice, very calm and relaxing environment! I will be back hopefully in the next couple of days to continue my practice....Namaste
