Unbelievable. I called three times. Holds were 20, 25, and 30 minutes to reach a person. I was then transferred to another person to make a first apointment - no direct line for that. Hold time was another 15 minutes. The other two times I was assured somebody would call me back and nobody ever did.

The lights aren't even on over there. Just wow.
