I am the owner of a local contracting firm Koalaty Siding Repair and I can't give enough stars to this firm!

We had a nightmare situation where we to send, by the time it was done, 6 stamped letters and 4 different drawings to a building department on a complicated mountain deck.

This was all in order to prove it meant all build requirements (even though the design was already approved in the permitting process) and they were phenomenal with it all

Matt @ DL was crazy responsive, even though he was obviously busy, and got us everything we needed in order to appease the county time and time again (even when they kept coming up with more things).

At the end of the day customer service is everything and this team absolutely killed it!

Way to go DL you've got a client for life with Koalaty, and we'll tell anyone who needs an engineer to go to you every time!
