I enrolled for one month to the gym and spa section of the hotel. The gym and spa administration staffs are fine and hospitable. Nice hotel and good atmosphere overall.
The only bad experience I got with the gym and spa administration staffs was the membership period. The manager of the spa agreed with me and my family for a one month membership, although we attended it only for 10 days. We made the payment for one month for 4 people (2 couples). When we received the membership cards from the manager she mentioned to me that we are only allowed to use the facilities for 10 days only, which contradicted with our agreement with her when we first signed up. The membership cards were printed for one month and one card was printed for 10 days. This caused confusion for me and my family. My recommendation for the hotel management is to be clear regarding the period, terms and conditions and discounts provided to new subscribers for the gym and spa facilities.
