Don't get me wrong, their in person service is great. Their online, email communication, and the service department (the ladies that answers the phone) they are terrible! The ladies who answer the phone are clueless on everything and offer no help or the ability to find someone who does. They have a website to schedule appointment online, AH that is even more of a joke than anything. IT DOESN'T WORK. People, if you love your car, just take them to the dealership in Livermore. It is a drive, but it is WORTH IT! Livermore Dealership staff are great, you are getting the same good service, but at least the people on the phone know they are talking about.
