Equipment etc. is obvious for all to see from the website (plentiful). I've also used their open basketball sessions and also the osteopath who was amazingly effective for my lower back.

More importantly just wanted to mention the service which seems to have garnered some negative reviews online (which is where I googled before joining)
My personal experience of service has been great and am unsure where the reviews have come from.

Scott, the person who contacted me after I showed interest was super friendly and professional and offered me a free trial. The receptionist was nicely chatty when I first got there. Lastly, when I forgot my locker number (insane number of lockers since it's such a huge gym!), a member of staff was extremely friendly and patient and helped me find my bag which I'd locked up.

Overall a great experience so far!
