As a fan of one of the Macallan whiskies, I had to visit. We managed to see the iconic homestead on the logo and tried some new whiskies we've never tried before. Unfortunately, because of their massive expansion to various markets, it's not the quaint distillery we were hoping for. This is a tourist attraction, not a craftman's workshop. You can see the massive structures from almost any point throughout Aberlour.
Glad to have visited and to say I've been, but won't be going back.
