Disappointed to say the least.

Disappointed to say the least.

However upon checking out, we were charged $1200, again. After multiple attempts at trying to have this remediated, we have finally been advised that the initial amount will be refunded in 7 business days (it s already been 4 since checkout). We have been offset almost $3000 and are now struggling financially and will need to take out a loan as this was not budgeted.

Will be placing a formal complaint, as this is not acceptable
