Terrible, unprofessional, and lack of experienced PSW. PSW are so lazy every time just shows up only 5-7 minutes maximums. Not helping the patient clean in the evening.
PSW didn t show up sometime and the agency not notifies client that appointment was cancelled. Not experience at all for few of their PSW because they don t know how to clean and dress for the patient.
