I have sold a few PCs to them over the years. I had a laptop that was an Alienware i9 gaming laptop. I wasn't using it anymore and drove to action pc. I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk there in the back and told him I wanted to sell my laptop. He asked how much I was hoping to get and I said at least $500. The second guy laughed and said "I've been here for 4 years and never had one sell for that much". It was an odd feeling for me in the store and it felt like they were both trying to discourage me from selling.They never looked at it or asked for any specs. I took my laptop and left after driving 40 minutes to get here. They had me out the door in less than 30 seconds. I did some research and sold my laptop to a company online for $1000. I learned my lesson and will not be going back to action computers arvada.
