Guys if booking please please please make it part of your contract that you deal with one person. They tell you that you will and despite been told by the owner that this is true we have now cancelled our wedding because we have had 5 out of the 6 planners there. It is all about money. Your needs happiness is not taken into consideration. An amazing venue but my god once your contract is signed you are a second class citizen with them so if this is your dream venue (which turned into our nightmare overnight for us) make sure everything is in writing. Management is diabolical which will show in the times ahead. It s easy to run a business when there is money around however this venue will drop dramatically in my opinion.
