Was told my truck was ready to pick up at 3pm afte...

Was told my truck was ready to pick up at 3pm after a warranty appointment.
Working 13 hours a day it s hard to be able to find time to get the truck into the dealshersip.
Got a friend to drop me after work and he leaves only to have to call him back because they have lost my keys.
Every time my truck has been in for service here there has been an issue. And now I have to waste more time and money coming back.
Oh and to add to it, they made me feel like the bad guy for being mad my keys aren t there.
