Me and my boyfriend eat here all the time but the last 3 times have been terrible. Tonight we were told the there was a 45 min wait and the bar was at max capacity. While waiting we noticed people that came after us being escorted to the bar. I brought it to the hostess attention and she said that is a separate list. I told her we just wanted to be seated even if it was at the bar. After she kept escorting people to the bar that came after us I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Victoe was very rude and told us if we didn't want to wait then we could leave. My boyfriend pointed out that was not proper customer service and he told us they didn't have any table for us and asked us to leave after we waited over half an hour. My family and friends love this place, it's a real shame that you just lost so many customers over poor customer service. I am truly appalled by the way we were just treated.
