I called around 2:30 pm on Monday and had no problem getting through. I almost didn't call because of the reviews, but felt I should find out on my own. I was able to speak to someone in less then 1 minute. she was polite and helped as much as she could. Please don't go by all the reviews on here and try for yourself. Help anywhere is still help.
