Service Payment Plan, Inc. is an average company. Their services are fine, but there is nothing exceptional about them. I have been using their services for a while now and I have to say that they are reliable, but not outstanding. I would recommend them if you're looking for a basic service, but if you need something more advanced, you might want to look elsewhere.
