I was here 15 minutes late from my reservation, they did not accept our reservation and they couldn't put us in another tour; they give us the option to charge a credit card for an additional cost because we made the reservation with the go card los angeles and, even do we weren't there, they use our go card. In Warner bros we arrive late too and they put us in another tour without telling us that we were late.
