I put three stars because everything went well during our trip to the hotel, flight, etc. .. it should raise the average! The only problem we encountered was that of the insurance, after asking for a cancellation (at the address indicated in the general conditions and two days after having subscribed to it), thus in due form, j I received a refusal from them when I should have been reimbursed, clearly the wrong time because in addition I bring the photos to prove to them that they are wrong but nothing to do.
