Like many on this app, we chose Riverbend Sandler to build our pool/hot tub. Again like many others on here the process early on was fabulous. Matt was great during the sales process. James A was terrific during the build. We were extremely happy until the end.
After filling the pool one night we noticed a blueish purple haze in the pool when the lights were in. The plaster is splotchy in areas. We brought it to the attention of Riverbend Sandler at first they helped with stain kits. Nothing worked. Now 6 months later they say it is the shadowing from our lights. That nothing can be done. The funny thing is the the stains only show when the lights are set to one color.
All in all I would think twice about employing Riverbend honestly. This for us was a 60k+ investment. If I had it to do again I would research and choose someone that has better reviews beginning to end! That is not Riverbend Sandler!
