The site works well to act as an intermediary and is popular and when you reach out to an agent they are helpful.

However, the map is very often wrong and this causes problems. If a simple question was asked of the students regarding their postcode of district this would benefit the tutor much more this would allow the tutor to confirm if it is suitable without knowing the address before registration occurs.. The distance tutors choose is very limited either 10km or 20km. Choices in between would help.

The feedback system is very proficient.
