We visit the Lake District multiple times a year, have done for almost a decade, and we've always visited Hayes at least once each trip, with our dogs in a pushchair. Today however we were abruptly and rudely told to leave in the middle of the store, due to a change in policy.
There was no notice about any change, nor did anybody stop us from entering. We had even been there a couple of days prior any nobody mentioned a thing, even the cashier.
This makes it very difficult for us to shop here, and after the way we were told to leave we won't be going out of our way to do so.
