I called the Veterans location and provided all my information to access my account.All I needed was my account and routing number verified and Rodrigo immediately denied me without explanation as of why.He just said I could only come in and access it.I've never had this issue prior and asked to speak to Dana or Karen,as they are both higher rank than the teller, and was told by Rodrigo that they were tending to more important matters.I've banked with Metairie bank for 3-4 years and this was the most horrible
experience ever.Im not sure I want to continue business with them anymore after today.Rude would be putting things lightly
