I booked the hotel rooms in October 2015, I booked the two rooms next to each other, with sea view. The rooms were not allowed to be near the elevator and the stairs. One room should have a double bed and a single bed. What I got: Two single beds and a folding bed. And the folding bed has wobbled and was very small. We did not have sea view in any room, and the one room was not suitable for three people, we had barely room in the room, because we got a folding bed. We were there by 11 clock and we got our room at 19:00 clock. We waited 7 hours in the lobby without food and drink and no one took care of us. The rooms were not properly cleaned, so that still hair rest, etc. were distributed in the room. I also photographed everything. The bathroom had mold everywhere and the toilet was not cleaned etc. One room was on the first floor and the other on the fifth floor. The second room was just as dirty, etc. We did not get close to what we booked and how we imagined it. Where we booked the hotel was 96% empfehlungswert and when we were in the hotel, it was 24%. And the staff at the reception was very rude. And then we phoned LMX Touristik and they suggested another hotel after staying one night in the hotel. We did not want to stay in this hotel anymore and then we drove with two taxis because we drove five people to the Didim Beach Hotel. And we had to take the taxi cost also. This hotel was better than the Buyuk Anadolu Hotel. I was glad that I got another hotel provided, and that I could still enjoy my vacation reasonably. This was not a vacation we could not recover but had unimaginable stress. And both hotels were on no case five star hotels. Ayhan Akyol
