I cancelled my insurance policy and called both VIP and Winston Benefits Financial Services regarding a refund of all premiums paid fourth month of October 2017 and November 2017. I have not received my premium back to date. I called both companies in November 2017. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND DISHONEST WHEN THEY PITCH THEIR SALES ABOUT VOLLUNTARY LIFE AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE. I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM WHEN I CANCELLED THE POLICY WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME THEY GAVE ME TO REVIEW THE POLICY. THEY COME TO YOUR WORKPLACE AND MAKE IT SOUND SO GOOD. THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND!! I had taken out the policy for myself and four children, but changed my mind. They wasted no time taking payroll deductions, which was more than was discussed upon signing up. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY PREMIUM. I DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
I REALLY WANT TO GIVE A RATING OF LESS THAN 1 STAR IF IT WERE POSSIBLE.
