Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst experience of all my 42 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE like the plague. Use Amazon, ETSY, or even NewEgg. The 2nd worst customer service on the planet!! The only company that can beat it a as far as the lowest level of customer service is Comcast.

The only reason they even got one star from me is because I could not give them zero!
