I tried reaching out several times after paying the all cash required retainer fee, with zero response. It's been a complete month without a single reply. When they wanted the money, I was receiving emails and phone call responses within five minutes. I reached out and asked for a refund as clearly they're too busy to communicate with customers and also no response. No contract was ever presented and not even a proper receipt for the cash retainer fee.
