I have been a patient of BSW for several years. The last few visits have been the worse. The doctors have been unresponsive to messages and the lab results are very slow to post for review.

You call the office and customer service no one seem to want to help. It s always the same reply. We will send a message to the doctor.

Find another doctor there are some really good one around.
