took my vehicle there to replace a rear bumper and exhaust system. there were problems with parts been back ordered, but that is not their fault.
what is an issue is the attitude of some of the workers there, specially the guy assigned to take care of my vehicle, Jerry. once they received all the parts, i went to get the car and Jerry was in a rush to get me to drive off. it was already nightime, after a quick inspection i noticed some issues with the paint, we argued for a bit, he said to pick it up the next day.
the second day i went, and they didnt do anything but wash my car, i took a closer look and there were clips missing from the bumper, and the issue with the paint discoloration was still there, plus there was now a chip on the paint. they said they would fix it, "again".
next day, they told me it was going to be re-paited and it would be ready when i get out of work...nope, on my way there he called and gave me the run around and said to give it another day cause the paint needed to dry.
i finally go to pick up the vehicle around 4ish, and Jerry is just sitting in his office waiting for the shop floor supervisor to come and tell him where my car is, i push for him to go look for my car. and i come to find out that my car has not been touched all day. -Jerry had me go pick it up, so they can start buffing and finish the job in a rush. by the time they were done it was already night time AGAIN, and of course all imperfections can be hidden and less visible, and i was worried i was missing something. Jerry pushed me again to just sign the papers and take the car... this time i brought it to the managers attention. he is a nice guy and assured me he was going to take care of me if i saw anything wrong with the paint, he said to bring it back if there was any problems. so i took the car.
-this whole time i had asked Jerry to make sure the car was ready, and not to make me waste my time there, but he just failed multiple times. 4-5 days i had to leave work early to pick up my car, and ended up wasting my time... it is disappointing to have to deal with someone that has no drive to do their job...horrible customer service. the customer should not have to go and push them to get the work done, thats why i took my car there, so that i can pick up my vehicle stress free. one day i had to miss an entire day of work to go babysit Jerry and make sure he coordinated a temporary repair of the exhaust... just a big mess.
bottom line is:

Jerry taking care of my car and me 1/5, i think i ended up pushing my car to get done, i dont think jerry did much but sit on his desk and wait for updates, if there were ever any...
