I'm really glad I'm seeing these reviews now before we went any further. For about two months, my husband and I were communicating with a very nice man via email, asking questions, quick responses for our upcoming appointment. We've now been waiting nearly a week for get the results from my husbands sperm analysis and its extremely frustrating. We've called a few times and we've gotten the ring around that doesn't make sense that they have to wait until the doctor is out if the office to call us. We called the lab place and the results were done the day he gave the sample...its just really frustrating, as if the stress of wondering if we even have kids isn't stressfully enough.
