I use to work for the company as a Residential Support Staff. It was great experience working with adults with physical, mental, & emotional disabilities of all kinds and multiple types and ability ranges. The supervisors were great to work for and provided in person training necessary for the job duties. The main office staff was always helpful and friendly. The bosses are good people. The job itself may not always be glorious, however in my opinion, it s great experience for anyone to learn how to help others with disabilities.
