Had the worst experience at Revs Burnaby. Started off great and the girl at the counter rang us through and gave us our shoes. We asked if our games would cost $1/person after 9pm as that s the promotion advertised. She said that our first game was $5 but would be $1 after 9pm, as that is the promotion listed. After our first game, we went back to pay for a second game (after 9pm) and the guy at the counter, Vincent, refused to honor the promotion listed on their price board. He claimed he has more power than her and doesn t have to honor anything she says. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
