My insurance company would have already been informed if I was placing a claim via workman's comp. a long time before your annoying letters were received.

Whats more disturbing is how is this underhanded attorneys office is getting access to my personally identifiable information PII and medical information which is clearly a HIPAA violation of my privacy!
