I was hung up on because I didn't want to speak with the rep anymore! It's laughable how horrible customer service in general are...I work in finance and hanging up in someone face is frowned upon....what Happened to professionalism at all times!? BTW her name was breiona she's nothing nice if u hang up in my face lol I'll be at the coporate office
