My review is for the BMW access program. I am one of the first members and in the beginning I really did like the service. Even today the service and staff are amazing and do a great job. However, it seems as if BMW is just no longer supporting this program as there are fewer and fewer cars ever available and they have taken away the free upgrades. I've ended up paying $1,500 month after month for a M2 as there really isn't much else to drive other than a basic BMW. I wouldn't mind upgrading to the third tier but it is rare those cars are available. Even if you select an upgrade several days in advance the chances are low that the car would be available the day for the switch.
