SFM is a very difficult company to deal with if you have a workers comp claim. They make it a fine art on how to delay your claim and to not pay it. Be sure to be represented by an attorney for a serious claim or you will leave money that you deserve in the SFM's bank account. Update, it has gone from bad to worse after five months. This company cut off benefits and it will take a judge to reinstate.

Final update. The claim finally finished and probably the most difficult negotiations in my life. I assisted a dentist with her claim for carpel tunnel in both wrists. After two years she is still totally disabled but the insurance company expected her back to work after a few weeks. The emails were constant and once we decided to hire an attorney it went from bad to worse. The company cut off all workers comp payments until we settled the case. Read the bad reviews they have and judge for yourself.
