Today, February 2021, I received a phone call from an officer about a disclosed matter. He was very polite, thoughtful, and kind. My interaction today was a complete 180 from my last. What a great person to have protecting our city!

I just called with a general inquiry and the officer on the phone was so rude! they huffed, and yelled 'woooowwwww!!! as they slammed the phone to hang up. I asked two questions, what a disgrace. VERY disappointed.
