Be very careful with the agents. Our agent signed us a contract which she was not legally authorised to do. Though she knew that her client is only authorised to rent the place for a year, she signed the 2-year contract with us anyway. And later we were asked to move out from our home just after a year. and as I know she is still working there, so be very careful
