Well, I am appalled.

Well, I am appalled.
What happened to the importance of family bonding at the NICU at St. Francis?

I cannot visit my grand daughter without having a parent present..according to their 'policy', I can only visit this premature baby when one of the parents can also attend. They work...they're tired...why can't St. Francis have a policy that 'clears' appropriate grand parents.

So this baby sits in an incubator with little family contact for the next 2 or so weeks....what a sad policy. St. F should be ashamed.
