It was a nice experience. Bigger than I expected and had a lot of informative exhibits. However, they were all very specific to the subway. I was hoping to find something about the LIRR but, aside from a photo or two, there was nothing. Disappointing in that regard. Otherwise, it's quite cool. There is also a party room and a cafeteria. Be aware that people tend to bring their kids and, although some of the exhibits are kid friendly, it means that the place will be more hectic than you'd expect. Aside from that, the vintage train carts downstairs are fantastic and worth a visit.
