Very disappointed by the director for lack of prof...

Very disappointed by the director for lack of professionalism because of a friend who stops the activity canoe 10 meters after due to health problem not wanting to know anything we have to ask for a refund but nothing to do. The answer was I quote (it's not my fault if she was scared she just had to think before) I could not be 0 stars because otherwise I will have I do not advise anyone this island even if the setting is nice but do not go there you could be very disappointed hoping that the director sees this very negative opinion
