Do not rent here. They lure you in with cheap prices, they don t maintain the complex at all, and when moving out they look for any way to keep your deposit. I was hit with a $200 charge for general labor but only told the labor was to get the apartment ready for the next tenants. If you are stuck here make sure to document everything and put any contact with them in writing.
