I filed a claim on a device with the insurance I pay monthly for...and I was automatically renewed for a new 2 year contract. I disputed this. I was told by their cancellation department that they had 2 weeks to provide me with proof of the agreement. No proof was provided. They refuse to admit that they committed a mistake. Refuse to correct their mistake. BBB claim and review has been submitted. If you want REAL TV, forget these scammers. I pay $15/month now and have EVERY CHANNEL.
