We were greeted by a salesman, we asked for Amy Tanous who had sold us our 2017 Chrysler at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Dealership. Amy helped us trade -in our 2017 Pacifica L Plus on a 2018 Pacifica Limited , with all the options we wanted including the color we wanted, both exterior and interior. We"re very pleased with Amy"s patience and concern that we would end up with the "right deal". James Arnold in the business office was also very helpful getting us financing and the various warranties.
