Worst repsonse to emergency service issues. 7 pm, duke energy has crews working 24/7, K.U.A no crews to be found. When asked where the crews are, i was told i wasnt allowed to have that information. Elderly people in a community right next to a gas station that power was resrored to, they need power for medical equipment. Forced to leave or be hospitalized like my neighbor. K.U.A. does not care about its customers. All they care about is money and power over people. Ever notice how utility and cable companies dominate territories so customers have no choice? Theyre not government owned. They are private businesses making deals with your lives.
